Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind, you can tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, please return the item within a further 14 days.

Items should be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition, with original packaging where reasonably possible.

Please contact oak.squirrel@outlook.com before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

If you cancel your whole order within the applicable cancellation period, we will refund the price paid and the cost of our standard delivery option. We may make a reasonable deduction if the value of the item has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and checked, subject to your statutory rights.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at oak.squirrel@outlook.com.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
