We only make product claims that are supported by the information provided by our suppliers. For example, a product will not be described as waterproof unless this has been confirmed.

Delivery charges are shown before you complete checkout.
Payment must be authorised before your order can be processed.
Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch if a product becomes unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund.
